Loop flogger black & red stripes

Description

This is a handmade loop flogger made out of a paracord in black and red stripes, with a black and red handle. Paracord has a sharp, stingy impact. This loop flogger does not have a lot of weight so its impact is mostly sharp, not thuddy. The handle has a wooden core.
